Year 2008 has been very successful for Dekati Ltd. due to the strong efforts of the sales network, company personnel and management. Dekati Ltd. has firmly established itself on the particulate measurement field and is ready to face new challenges.
Dekati Ltd. shareholders meeting, held on 19th of May 2009, has nominated a new company board with Dr. Mikko Moisio as the chairman of the board. The newly elected board enhances corporate governance, product sales and enables efficient actions in an evolving market environment. A separate scientific advisory board has been formed to support company progress.
CEO of Dekati Ltd., Taavi Hiltunen has resigned due to personal reasons. Senior Product Manager Erkki Lamminen has been nominated as acting CEO. Lamminen has been working with the company since 2000. His previous assignments have included work in R&D, sales and in the company management team. In addition to the tasks as the CEO, Lamminen will continue his regional sales and product management duties as before.
