ELPIVI Software
 
The ELPIVI software features a graphic user interface to control the ELPI™ or Outdoor Air ELPI™ instrument, and save the measured data. A real-time display of particle concentration, intensity and size distribution is displayed during data acquisition. Data can be displayed either on a number, volume, area or mass basis. Measured data is saved in an ASCII text file, which can be processed later with e.g. ELPIxls spreadsheet.

The ELPIVI software is equipped with user informative displays and warnings for instrument operations. The user is also warned if there is a too high particle concentration or problem with data transfer.

Data display main window shows particle size distribution of the measured aerosol, and total particle concentration as a function of time.


Particle size distribution and concentration can also be viewed in a larger window.




 







 

Intensity window shows a colour-coded graph of the particle size distribution.
