PMP-setup

The FPS-4000 can be used to dilute and remove volatile matter as specified in the PMP-proposal. There are multiple benefits from using an FPS-based system for dilution according to the PMP:
  • Capability to connect directly to the tailpipe for the measurements, even before after treatment systems
  • Same dilution system can be used also for multiple other tasks in automotive sampling, see automotive application page for more information
  • FPS-4000 calibration is done with gas flow measurement, NOT with particle measurement, therefore checking the calibration is easy, quick and simple
  • Robust construction and no moving parts in the dilution probe equals to quick and easy cleaning and low maintenance needs
