DMM control is done via a LabView™ -based control software that handles data calculation, instrument control and data logging. Again, the focus has been on usability and simple operation. DMMvi.exe is a standard 32 -bit Windows application that runs on all modern computers, the minimum configuration is Pentium II, 64Mb of memory, 5GB hard disk space and a colour display.
